Voice and video
Paid overage on Growth and Scale. When you cross the included pool, additional usage is billable at a per-unit rate. Pilot has overage disabled — at 100% you stop new voice and video work until the next month or an upgrade.
Text AI
Soft-gated everywhere. You get a warning at 80% and again at 100%. Mesh Pilot doesn’t hard-block reasoning calls. Sustained extreme usage triggers a conversation, not a paywall.
Bundled at meaningful levels. Auth and lifecycle mail are invisible commercially. High-volume outbound is the only thing that would meaningfully consume the pool.
Embeddings & grounded search
Tracked internally for cost modelling. Not customer-gated in v1.
What is never counted against your plan
- Platform connections. Connect as many Meta accounts, Shopify stores, HubSpot pipelines, etc. per brand as you need.
- Proposals. No cap on how many proposals the agents draft.
- Approvals or rejections. Decide as many times as you like.
- History rows. Unlimited audit retention.
- Read-only access to the cockpit (browsing surfaces, reading Brain, reading History).
