What it unlocks
- Pipeline view on the Sales surface.
- Sales-agent outbound — drafted emails and (optionally) LinkedIn touches against your target lists.
- Sales-agent reply handling — inbound replies on outbound threads get classified and a follow-up gets drafted into the Inbox.
- Deal-at-risk surfacing — deals that go quiet past their expected next-touch window get flagged on the Sales surface.
Scopes requested
HubSpot OAuth with the scopes needed to read deals, contacts, and engagement records, plus the scopes needed to write engagement activity (logging the emails and replies the Sales agent sends on your behalf, once you approve them).Where data flows
- HubSpot → cockpit: pipeline state, contact records, and engagement history. Cached for fast Sales-surface rendering.
- Cockpit → HubSpot: approved outbound sends get logged as HubSpot activity so your CRM stays the canonical record.
Token lifetime
HubSpot OAuth tokens are refreshed automatically. If a refresh fails, you’ll see a “Needs reconnect” badge in Settings → Integrations.Connect HubSpot
