Amazon Health runs a continuous, deterministic audit of your Amazon listings and advertising and turns problems into fixable findings. Each finding explains what’s wrong, why it matters, and — where possible — proposes the fix straight into your Inbox.

What it checks

The audit runs a catalog of deterministic checks across your connected Amazon data, including:
  • Buy-box — are you actually winning the buy-box on your own listings?
  • Image coverage — do listings have enough/right images?
  • Conversion (CVR) — are sessions converting, or is traffic leaking?
  • Backend keywords — are search-term fields complete and non-duplicated?
  • …and a growing set of catalog, offer, and advertising checks.
Each check is deterministic — it’s a rule against your real Amazon data, not a guess — so a finding is something you can act on with confidence.

How findings reach you

  • Health surface — the full list of open findings for a brand, with severity and evidence.
  • Inbox — actionable findings arrive as proposals with a rationale block: what was found, the evidence (e.g. “buy-box won 41% of the last 7 days”), and the recommended fix.
  • Decisions feed learning — approving or rejecting a finding records your verdict; duplicate/again-and-again findings are de-duplicated so you’re not nagged.
