Connecting
Amazon Ads connects through Login with Amazon (LWA) OAuth under Settings → Integrations. You authorize per-brand.Regions & marketplaces
Amazon Ads is region-sharded — the API has separate hosts for North America, Europe, and Far East. When you connect, pick the region your ad account advertises in:- North America — US, CA, MX, BR
- Europe — UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, SE, PL, TR, KSA, UAE, India, Egypt
- Far East — Japan, Australia, Singapore
Where data flows
- Amazon → cockpit: campaign performance synced on a schedule into the warehouse mirror, kept fresh for the Ads surface and audits.
- Cockpit → Amazon: approved write actions (where supported) go back through the Advertising API on your approval.
Token lifetime
Amazon LWA refresh tokens are exchanged for short-lived access tokens automatically. If a token is revoked or the wrong account is connected, the Amazon card in Settings → Integrations shows Needs reconnect — reconnect with the correct regional account.Connect Amazon Ads
