# Pricing Overview

> Three plans, priced around the brands you operate.

Pricing built around the brands you actually operate. One workspace per customer. Add brands as you grow. Premium AI, voice, and video runtime are clearly metered — no opaque token math.

<Note>
  All plans include the full cockpit, every agent surface, and unlimited read-only history.

## FAQ

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Do I need a separate account per brand?">
    No. One Mesh Pilot workspace contains every brand you operate. You add brands inside the workspace; billing rolls up to the workspace.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What counts as a brand?">
    A distinct operating identity — typically one Shopify store, one HubSpot pipeline, or one outbound ICP. Brands are the main expansion lever on Mesh Pilot, because the work the cockpit does is mostly per-brand.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why isn't this priced per agent?">
    Counting agents doesn't track the value you get. Every plan includes the full agent surface — Ads, Sales, Social, SEO, Voice, Creative. What scales with cost is brands, seats, and the runtime resources (voice and video) that have real marginal cost.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why are voice and video metered separately?">
    They cost real money per minute and per second through providers like LiveKit and HeyGen. Bundling them into a flat seat fee would either underprice heavy users or overprice everyone else. Each plan includes a fair pool; overage is explicit.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens if I hit the text-AI limit?">
    You get a warning in the cockpit at 80% and again at 100%. Text AI is bundled generously — we don't hard-block reasoning calls. Sustained extreme usage gets a conversation, not a paywall.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Are platform connections (Meta, Google, Shopify, HubSpot) counted?">
    No. Connect as many platforms per brand as you need. We treat platform accounts as the customer's own systems of record, not as a pricing lever.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is the Brain in my cockpit the same as the internal admin Brain?">
    No. The Brain in your cockpit is scoped to your workspace's brands. The cross-customer pattern brain lives in a separate admin surface that paying customers never see.
  </Accordion>

  Not sure which tier fits? Most teams start on Pilot, validate on one brand, then move to Growth.
